Richard Wong, CMA Partner
Richard specializes in evaluating organization business processes and structures, with an eye to adding value through strategic and business planning, organizational reviews, growth capital, implementing performance management reporting and providing sound operations management advice. Richard has over 20 years experience within Fortune 500 firms in the manufacturing, forest, and high/bio tech industries working with companies in controller and CFO consultancy roles. Richard has also worked with Wolrige Mahon Corporate Finance and provided both private and public organizations services identifying merger and acquisition issues, raising financing to grow and providing sound business advice to help them improve their operations. Richard grew up in the Kootenays of British Columbia and is an avid long distance runner. He loves the planning, commitment, and camaraderie marathon running provides and enjoys helping others in getting results they never thought they could achieve.
William R. (Bill) Byers, CA Partner
Bill is a chartered accountant who is an accomplished senior executive who has the proven ability of finding undervalued investments while building exceptional returns for investors and building his own startup. He specializes in leading negotiations with financiers, buyers, sellers, looking to maximize value to shareholders and knows the challenges of building a startup. Bill’s experience as a CFO and CEO can help guide clients to knowing the right information to use to make good decisions. Bill has over 30 years’ experience in real estate, asset management, and tourism industries working successfully with large and small public and private companies such as BCE Development, the Guinness Family’s British Pacific Properties, and developing his own tourism startup to profit. Bill grew up in Vancouver and enjoys a variety of sports, non-profit volunteer work, and political involvement.
